Simple, Fair, No Runaround
We want you to be happy with what you buy. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. That's a full month to decide if the product works for you. If 30 days have passed, we can't accept the return — but reach out anyway and we'll see what we can do.
What qualifies for a return
The item needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Basically, if it looks like you took it out, looked at it, and decided it wasn't for you — that's fine. If it looks like it went through a camping trip, we can't take it back.
How to start a return
Contact us through the contact page on our website. Include your order number and a quick note about why you're returning it. We'll send you instructions and a return address. Don't ship anything back without contacting us first — we can't process returns that show up out of nowhere.
Return shipping
You're responsible for the cost of shipping the item back, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). In those cases, we'll cover it. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — if the package gets lost on the way back, we can't issue a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll send you an email to let you know it arrived. If everything checks out, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take a few business days to show up.
Exchanges
Need a different color or size? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. That gets you the new item quicker than waiting for an exchange to process.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us right away. Send a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right — replacement, refund, whatever solves the problem.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and certain clearance items are final sale. If you're unsure whether something is returnable, just ask before you buy.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after a reasonable wait, check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company — sometimes there's a processing delay on their end. If you've done all that and still nothing, reach out to us through the contact page and we'll investigate.
